I live in an old farm house with cold tile floors Hot in the summer Cold in the winter. This air co. cools off the entire back of my home.I FINALLY FOUND COLD!!! This is a great unit priced VERY WELL FOR A 15,000 BTU Unit.We found this unit .was easy to install.(Its heavy duty)ITS LARGE!! but it plugs into 120V outlet and fits my sliding glass (Old)window fine.WE ARE SUPER HAPPY WITH PURCHASE.Arrived on time safe NO ISSUES!! Everything was included in box you will need to install it.except extra muscle to boost it into window It was Packaged well..arrived on time.Its going to hit 107-110 today here..So very nice to walk into my house and feel a temperature change after 9 years of hot!! I bought 2 of these and they sat in a box about a year waiting on the construction of the windows. It worked very well untill one night it started flipping from standard to metric units of cooling, never was the same again. The first one went out about 1 month of the change. I did read in the manual how to flip it back and that worked once and never again. Never cooled again either. Number two is still cooling but doesn't seem to cool as well as the first one did. I had to reorder a different AC to replace the one in the kitchen. Cant cook If it is boiling hot in the room. It made it through 2 summers.

This unit not only cools my large bedroom but I accidentally left the door between it and my living room open as I did a few things outside. Came back to the living room nice and cool (not cold). The wifi section you'll need to back sure your router is set to 2.4 Ghz to use/setup.

I purchased this specific model because it was advertised as having a humidity sensor. It does not have a humidity sensory. I also purchased this product because it was a smart device. The app to control this on my iOS device is useless. I have to unplug and reset the air conditioner every time I want to use the app.This device is also extremely loud and produces an excessive amount of vibration. It has a tendency to vary the temperature by about six degrees. For example, if the set point is 72, the device will cycle from 69 to 75. I cannot set this device and be comfortable as it will go from too cold to too warm.On the positive side, it does produce cold air and is better than nothing. Also the remote is functional.Overall I would not recommend this product to anybody.

Needed a WiFi AC to adjust the temperature in the apartment for our puppy, for when I’m at work. So far it’s been great. As the other customers mentioned, it is a little loud but expected more for me because the ac is in the window behind couch where is sit but still worth it

I loved this ac until it just broke for no reason 6 months after I bought it and Amazon won’t do a thing

Works quite well, AC is in a garage so noise isnt really an issue. Cools very well. Compressor doesn't run constantly, despite it getting really warm in there. And best of all, helped lower my power bill. Great investment.
