I've been using this product for 8 months. It's the first vitamin that I actually noticed a difference. Immediately, I felt like I had more energy and more stamina. Additionally, my hair is growing faster, as well as, my nails. It's the best multivitamin on the market. I highly recommend buying ASAP, as the vitamins come from New Zealand and takes several weeks to get.UPDATE: It’s currently the last week of June 2020 (Coronavirus Era) I am STILL using these great supplements. I recently had my full health physical with extensive blood tests. My dr. couldn’t believe how great my numbers are. I attribute part of this great news to these Vitamins and living a healthy lifestyle. I have reviewed 100’s of products. I don’t understand why these vitamins are not ranked much much higher. I’ve tried the top 5 in men’s multivitamins. They don’t compare to these. The x-Tendalife multi makes me feel energized and focused. I do notice when I take a month or several off, that my energy level is much lower.Until I find a better Men’s Multivitamin, I am sticking with this! Highly recommend

Over the past year I found myself developing pain in my wrists, knees, back and had a general malaise all over my body. I took vitamins and supplements but the general aches and pain persist. I am 67 and had been on a non meat diet for 40 years. I was somewhat surprise but then concluded that this is just what happens as one gets older and older. I was reading an reading an article on line when this Xtend-life advertisement came up and I just could not get rid of it. I relented and read the entire article and ordered 2 bottles. Surprisingly they came in about a week. I started to take them as recommended. Here are my honest conclusion: My head is clear and my thoughts flow. I feel much more confident. The aches and pain are gone after two weeks. I sleep very well and feel well rested. At around midday I feel I could take a nap. This is real Vitamins and supplement! The fluency within is indescribable! My blood pressure was always somewhat elevated - now it is absolutely normal. Excellent Vitamin and Supplement!!!!

These vitamins are a bit pricey and takes a while to arrive, but they are well worth the wait & cost. I have a hard time taking vitamins in general as they make my stomach upset causing me to feel extremely nauseas and endure migraines. I'll stop writing about the bad side effects from those other products, but will focus on all the great of EXTEND-LIFE TOTAL BALANCE MEN'S..Within one week of using Xtend-Life I def. have noticed more energy when I wake up, I'm more alert and I've been sleeping better as well..Im now into the third week I'm still going strong; my skin looks great, no bad side effects or unusual odors to wit I've experienced with other multi-vitas I've used.. Another great benefit of Xtend-Life is I'm back on a regular schedule, I'm no longer bloated or constantly feel like my gut is full throughout the day..My Primary Physician is very happy that I have found and chosen to take Xtend-Life mainly because I am a vegan. My Dr. was kind enough to research this product fully and he was impressed with the results & now uses this as his daily vitamin..Hope this helps out, good luck!

I tried this vitamin supplement since the one I was taking before (rainbow light) sometimes didn't sit to well in my stomach. Xtend-Life and my stomach got along just fine, but I probably won't be ordering this again. I just didn't notice a difference between taking this and rainbow light, maybe it's because I was already taking vitamins regularly and my body was use to it. I think this is a great product, but for me I will be going back to rainbow light.

I'm early thirties and believe this product to be fantastic for me. A little expensive but the company goes the extra mile for EVEN MORE certifications not required by the FDA. The tablets are also coated with a unique film that prevents dissolving until they are in the small intestine, which is where they can begin to be absorbed by the body. Absolutely no negative side effects after thirty day consistent use. Two in the morning two in the afternoon taken with food and plenty of water.

As a 24 year old I have tried to be conscious about my body and its needs. I do not take the recommended dosage for these multivitamin though. That is because I find it very beneficial to take just one before lunch and then continue to crush the day. I work later then most on the weekdays and this keeps me chipper till i walk out the door. I work on my feet till 5 am on the weekends and take my one dose closer to the late evenings before going into work and the effects that I receive from taking it is awesome. You should feel good when you take a multivitamin and this does just that. I'm more alert, eating more, and in turn having more energy to spend on grooving through my work night. I started to have a very uncomfortable feeling in my chest/heart area when I started taking these. I stopped and the uncomfortableness did go away. Could be a coincidence but I stop any medication even herbal if I feel ANY side effect

It was ranked high on an independent supplement site, however, 1) I didn't feel or see any benefit from my previous supplement of Centrum Performance and 2) Cost is a little misleading. The recommended intake is 4 pills per day, and these are big pills. With there already being some scrutiny from nutritionists on the benefits of multivitamins, taking 4 pills per day and/or spending a lot of money does not seem logical.The package took awhile, as didn't realize it was coming from New Zealand. They did offer a lot of little free extras in the package, but not sure if I'll repeat this purchase
