Informative workbook.
This workbook is meant to be read alongside Jim Kwik's Limitless book, and it does a good job of helping you nail down key concepts and allows you to actively reflect chapter-by-chapter to make sure you fully understand Jim's methods. Highly recommended if you get Limitless. Honestly, even without Limitless, you can gather a decent amount of info from this book.
