Dulux Walls & Ceilings Matt Emulsion Paint - Brave Ground - 2.5L

I wanted a nice thick paint to replace previous Navy blue colour on my panelling behind my bed. I know Dulux paints are the best when it comes to covering dark colours.I selected this earthly colour and I was very impressed with this gorgeous colour as well as how easy it was to just paint over the old paint. I covered it all in one coat but there was 3/4 of paint left in my 2.5 litre tin so I did another coat just for the sake of it. There is still 1/2 a tin left. This is very thick paint and it dried while I was painting the one end to another. Finishing is to our satisfaction. We love it and had many compliments from friends and family.

Thick paint that doesn't drip ,easy to use ,great coverage will be using this all ovwr the house its such a beautiful warm and relaxing colour

One coat is all it needed. Beautiful warm colour. Just need some taupe statement cushions to complete the look.

I have always used dulux easycare paints but bone of this colour in stock so tried this one and was very disappointed with results this was really thick and glupy and being a dark paint it wasn’t easy to apply it went very patchy and the more coats I put on the worse it got so wouldn’t buy this again will go back to easy care in future.

The price is good.The Application is smooth.But the colour is a bit odd.In pure daylight it looks like the colour advertised.But once the lights come on and the curtains are drawn it turns into .. more of a cappuccino colour, Which isn't the worst, but its not quite as welcoming and airy as its shown. It really browns down.Wouldn't recommend using it in an office or bedroom.
