go one size up.
The jacket is make out of really thin, tarp like, material and it comes together in the front with velcro. Go one size up. even if its to big it will still look right. If it's to small the costume will look weird. The hat was fine. I think I'll keep the hat but the jacket I'll toss because it's so thin

Fine for what it is but should not cost that much.
It looks like an FBI windbreaker, nice clear logos on both chest and back, elastic sleeves are fine, but velcro in place of buttons?! That alone would have made it worth the price it's listed as. It works decently as a windbreaker, but the lack of real buttons kills it for me. 3/5, it's alright but shouldn't cost near 50 bucks.

The FBI logo on the hat is crooked, which is not something I would expect from a $60 costume.

Great for cheap and easy costume
My husband has worn this every Halloween since we purchased. It's stated intact and looks new every year. Easy for the guy who "doesn't want to dress up"
