Bought this for my almost 6 year old granddaughter, who is usually a wiz at putting together Lego projects, but she didn't last long in trying to build the full castle. She really wanted the castle so I finished putting it together and it took me a couple of hours. I had to pay close attention to the directions, and towards the end there were some inaccuracies. It is very detailed but smaller than I expected. Great quality and I love the block separator tool. Most pieces fit together snugly, and maybe it was just the set that I got but the round pieces that are used as connectors in a few places don't connect tightly. Since these are key junctions for the big castle, it is impossible to keep it together when the kids play with it. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for that.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my four year old daughter and she loves it. The “Castle, The City of Joy” comes with a step-by-step guide on building each model. Each model can built two ways -twice the fun! I think the fun part will be putting the whole thing together and making the castle.So far, we have finished the carriage and the sightseeing model (see attached photos).I would definitely recommend this! It’s a great price and fun for our whole family to play with.

This set was a lot of fun for my son , age 7. There are several projects listed that you can build with instructions on how to assemble. You can also make your own builds! The wood is smooth and sturdy. There are tools included, as well as a bag to store everything in! Great set. Would be perfect for ages 5-10 and even younger with a parent's help. We are enjoying this set . It would make a great gift .

My niece had a straight existential crisis the second or third time the top portion broke apart. I had to take over and stave off the swear words as I proceeded to break the top portion 4 or 5 more times as I was incredibly delicate with it. I highly recommend super glue on the round circles that hold a couple key pieces from underneath. Also, we jumped into putting the full castle together, I think that if we did the 12 individual sets, pulled them apart and then put together the castle that the fit would have been looser and easier to assemble. Use super glue on the second half though... You'll thank me.

Got it for my 7 month old baby, it's for kids that are a little older but I loved it regardless! He plays with the pieces and they're all sorts of colors so that's great. I ended up being intrigued with them as well and built some little cars for him. It comes with an instruction manual for different creations. Will definitely be buying again to gift it.

The worst "lego" set I have ever bought. I bought it for a 9-year-old girl who has build hundreds of legos before and we were disappointed. It is impossible to build a big castle. I am a very patient person but this product made me feel angry. While we were building one part, the other part was falling apart. The pieces are so tiny and they are not easily put together. To take them apart I needed to use a kitchen knife like 50 times and this product is supposed to be 6+. I am returning this. This product is not worth the money I paid for it. Very disappointing.

We love this, we have the soyee 102 pieces set and this lukat set pairs with it perfectly! This is ever so slightly thicker than soyee but not enough to affect anything, they are perfectly interchangeable, letting us build crazy tall highly supported marble runs.For the tubes, my 4.5 yr can almost build a smaller structure on his own, my 2yr just loves dropping balls down tubes lol. It's mostly a grown-up building it for them to play with lol. Both of them can build towers alone with the magnetic squares, I get them to build my "support beams" lol.It is a little scary taking them apart however, some get really stuck and ya gotta really rip em apart, I'm shocked none of the nubs have snapped off yet, I won't be surprised if we lose a few tubes eventually.The only thing I want now is a compatible set of "weird things", like splitters for the tubes, or 3/4 turns, or turns+risers, funnels, spinners, etc.

I’ll admit - I was a bit nervous after reading reviews about the playability of this product, and the instructions.It’s surprisingly well made, and each little set looks like you’re able to make two different versions. All of the sets can be combined to make a castle (which I don’t think we’ll do as separating them back into each tiny set would be hard).My 7 year old was able to snap together most parts, I think there was a few that we both struggled with. It’s really cute, the colours were appealing to my princess loving daughters, and it has fun extras like cupcakes and pots.I really like that the packages are labelled, so it would be easy to split into an advent calendar or to do one per day.The instructions aren’t great but we managed easily.

Fun building all kinds of things, and the kids love the little flashing lights in that ball that comes with it

Bought this for Christmas for my 4 year old daughter who loves playing with legos. These pieces are very small, she needed my help to assemble the pieces as they are a bit hard to put together. Perfect for gifting.

Great product but it didn't come with the lego princesses as seen in the advertisement pictures
