This thing is still sitting in my garage. There were no instructions in the box that fell apart. We can’t put it together and no return call from manufacturer.

I did not like the fence material. It has very sharp ends. I spent an extra hour bending the ends to make sure it did not tear the tarp or cut anything.

Pretty easy to assemble, but the latch is tricky to put in place and consistently work correctly. Had one escape and now we double close it with a chain as well as the latch.

Awful product. About 2 feet of the chain link on the fence wasn’t linked together I had to use wire and mend together. The clips that are supposed to hold the fencing to the door and to the posts were flimsy and couldn’t hold the fence. The kennel is a mess of wire and zip ties. Would not recommend

Waste of time and money.My lord the money this company is making off this cheap Chinese manufactured junk.The mark up is unreal I’m sure.I need it set up for my dog and it’s taking forever to figure out their version of IKEA directions.

It was easy to set up the quality is good the only problem is I had to go to Home Depot to buy some screws because there was screws missing and nuts and bolts.

Product arrived with fencing that was about a foot short of what was needed to cover frame. I reached out to the seller and never heard back. The product is useless and I would like a refund or have the appropriate fencing sent to me.

I bought this for my dog to have a safe place to relax while me and my wife are gone to town. The instructions were incomplete. The poles weren't machined right. And it was alot flimsier than the advertisement led me to believe.
