While this product says it does not contain any dyes, does it include optical and/or UV brighteners?

There's nothing in it that visibly responds to UV. It does nothing in blacklight.

Has anyone used this with cloth diapers successfully? I've read from many sources this is a good option for that.

This is the only detergent we've used on our cloth diapers and we've had no isssues.

How do I open them bottle? The cup won’t unscrew.

Just grip the cap firmly and twist forcibly counter-clockwise, the cap will unscrewed. I was afraid that twisting too hard might damage the cap, but a sound twist is all it needed. There was no damage to cap or bottle.
