St. Tropez Pro Light Spray Tan

So, I almost didn’t order this because of the reviews but a friend highly recommended it. Once I put it together and added the bronzing mist.. NOTHING WOULD COME OUT!.. just as so many other reviews stated.. I found that if you remove the bronzing mist fluid cup, where the base of the rubber spray tube is.. there is a tiny vent tube with a red/orange rubber cap on it.. I removed the little rubber cap and bam! It started working like a charm!! So, all the bad reviews for this are due to that tiny cap not being removed possibly during manufacturing. Remove it, and this things runs great!Update 5/26/2019I’ve been using this thing 2-3 times weekly and it still runs great!

Definitely gets the job done well. I would say this is purely for residential use as it gets very hot after one use- about 10-15 minutes. I don't see it being used in a commercial setting where someone is spraying clients back-to-back. It's easy to clean and the heated fan is nice too.My wife didn't like the solution that came with the machine, so she purchased a Norvell brand and it works beautifully in the machine.

This spray tan machine was recommended by a friend. It has worked perfect. (Remove small red rubber cap nest spray tube) Have used it on myself and friends. All positive results.

I am so disappointed. This is the second time I’ve bough this machine from Amazon and it doesn’t work. My mom bough it directly from Nordstrom and hers works flawlessly. Don’t waste your time and your money - clearly Amazons doesn’t work. :( go buy it from Nordstrom because the st tropez machine is an amazing one.

I use this gun to tan myself. I've never used another gun, so I can't compare, but I can say that having a gun with no tubing to get in the way is fantastic. I have never had a problem with this gun - it has worked beautifully each time I've used it - and in the spring summer and fall, I tan every other day. I use Norvell solution with it. No complaints!

I’m excited to give this a try. I am concerned that it has obviously been used already! There is tanning solution in the nozzle, on the silver spray piece and smudges on the body. I have opened it up and ran water through it, but it took about 5 minutes for the water to start to spray. I could tell the tan solution had sat and gummed up the nozzle. No instruction manual included and no mit included. The tanning solution is about 1/4 gone. Crossing my fingers I don’t have any problems.....

If I could give zero stars I would because this product has never worked. Barely any solution comes out— the mist is so light you can’t even feel it. It would probably take three hours to apply a tan and it would end up being very streaky because you would have to be a couple inches from the skin. I followed the instructions exactly and googled trouble-shooting tips but nothing helped. I reached out to St. Tropez several times over the past three weeks— no one answers the phone, even during business hours and my messages were not responded too. I also emailed them with no response. I reached out to Amazon— they say they cannot help me because the 30 day return window is passed. They told me to contact the manufacturer even when I explained that the manufacturer will not respond to my messages. So basically a waste of $200+. I’m very disappointed. I will update if I am able to get ahold of St. Tropez.

I was so excited about doing an at home spray tan and cancel my spray tan membership. I’ve used every self tanner under the sun but wanted more of the look their videos/pictures portray from this machine on their advertisements. It came out very splotchy, not smooth at all. I used a mitt to smooth it out after I sprayed it on and was some what ok with the outcome. I went to use it for a second time and it would not spray! I tried everything. Luckily I was able to get my money back. My experience with this was horrible. But that’s just my two cents! :)
