Holland & Barret Complete Vitamin B-Complex 100 Easy to Swallow Coated Caplets

On blood tests I've got high iron/folate.. Apparently down to these. Seems they are doing their job. Smaller so you take two which is better a lot of these are massive and I can't get them down!

Too help with fatigue

Good tablets. 2 a day seen to make a difference to my energy levels and can tell the difference when I forget to take them

If you struggle to swallow tablets don’t buy these they get stuck says caplets but large tablet!

These are ok. Prefer higher strength vit b from the same brand
