Absolutely Amazing!
I Am very impressed about everything of this game. I love the way you can play it with the view in the sky that’s a Classic and I love it, that right there helps me alot on how to park the semi truck with the trailer.

Start Truckin on the Nintendo Switch
My thoughts on Truck Driver, the Nintendo Switch port.So I’ve kept my eyes on this game since it was released. Watched a lot of Gametech UKs channel when he promoted it and liked what I saw, despite the issues at hand . Every time Soedesco made a video on YouTube about the game, I’d practically spam the phrase “When is it coming to the Switch??” I joined their discord and subbed to their YT channel and finally I happened to see it listed on the Upcoming Games section on GameFAQS. Needless to say I was beyond ecstatic. Fast forward 9 months later and I bought it, played about 20 hours into it and will list my ideas and how I think the game could improve even if they didn’t expand the map and .The game runs smooth on the NS. I didn’t notice any frame rate dips or anything. The graphics are really nice. They could smooth out the shadows shifting during sunset/sunrise aspect. There is pop-in but since this isn’t a racing game I don’t mind that. There is one design idea that I don’t fully understand. I get having pedestrians in your cities, it makes the world come alive. But why are they walking around places that they really wouldn’t be walking around at 2 in the morning? Anyway...The main characters aren’t is OK. The world is decent and believable. The are foggy days, rainy days. Although I would like to see lightning in the game and possibly snow. The game is rather short. You could probably beat it (but maybe not unlock everything) inside of 30 hours. Postgame content consists of repeated missions and this is where I think the devs messed up at. The guys at Soedesco have said from the start that TD is not trying to be a hardcore sim; it’s focus is more on the relationships and that they didn’t just want you to choose from a list of jobs. Which is fine but post-game the relationships are already established. Why not have for instance David Sung give you a list of jobs going to different cities of the map and hauling different items? That way you could pick short, medium or long hauls and instead of dropping off a job at Midham where there is no other mission giver, forcing you to waste gas going to another town to find the nearest mission giver. The roads do need to be lengthened b/c a trip from Oesterhaaven Port to Midham should not be six miles. But aside from these mild complaints the game is fun, just not at $60. If it had more unlockable trucks, and a bigger map and more mission givers then yes. But with the base game I’d price it at $30-$40. And they had room for other mission givers. There’s a chain of super markets that could’ve been used, gas stations where you couldve hauled fuel, etc.Things I would’ve add/change:1 different gas stations having different prices for fuel2 have trucks dealerships where you can buy the trucks as opposed to going to a garage3 ability to sell your truck4 different trailers have different levels of weight to them5 if won’t allow you to sell trucks then give you the ability to hire drivers6 if you drive too much while your trucks tires/engine are in the red, your tires will flatten and/or engine will stall and ultimately stop running.

Missing Game. Christmas disappointment.
Purchased for Christmas. Arrived and appeared factory sealed. Wrapped for our son. He opens them this morning and there is. I game inside the truck driver simulator case what so ever. Christmas embarrassment and a disappointment.
