California Costumes Dog Pupasaurus Rex Costume Small

Ordered this in medium for my 27-pound corgi. The chest strap fits, but stomach strap isn’t close to touching; she’s not overweight. The head fits strangely, so the raptor head keeps flopping down in front of her eyes, and she can’t see. Perhaps on a dog with a longer neck and/or floppy ears, this would work better. The sleeves were much too long for her short corgi legs, but we expected we would have to hem them. Pros: the custom seems well constructed and like it would be durable.Also, this is clearly a velociraptor costume, even if the name is a pun on a T-Rex.

Dude i literally can not stop laughing when i put this on my pit bull. He already looks funny as is with his under bite but to add this in the mix is too much! I love it and so did everyone else for the past two Halloweens. I highly recommend just make sure you measure your dog because this was a little big but that was my fault because i have no way to measure him so i kinda guessed.

Our Belgian Malinois makes this "predator" sound when she breathes out sometimes and we thought it'd be hilarious for her to be a raptor this year while my husband and I are Betty & Barney Rubble. Our other dog is going to be a stegosaurus.The head is a bit awkward as like others are saying it keeps flipping upside down since it's top-heavy, but ot does the job! Going to add some wire into thr back so the tail pops up more. It's flattened from the packaging currently.

This costume was adorable, and really added to our family's Jurassic Park themed Halloween costumes. Our 25lb 5 month old Lab mix puppy fit perfectly in the medium size. However, as other commenters have mentioned, the headpiece was a bit awkward, and did not stay in place well. She was flipping it over and trying to chew it within minutes of putting it on. Luckily the rest of the costume stayed put and she still looked adorable when we all went out trick-or-treating, even without the head.

This was a hilarious costume that got plenty of love at my party. The fit was amazing, the only complaints I think I would have is that the head didn’t stay on very well, and the tail was a bit limp. We had to stuff the tail and strap the hat on to my dog. Aside from that, it was a great costume.

This costume fit both of my dogs and feels well put-together! It is exactly what I was looking for, very happy with this order. Ordered a Large and it's almost too big for my labradoodle (60 lbs), Neck 17 in & Chest 26.5 in. Might need to take in the chest strap a little for him.

Welcome... to Jurrasic Park! Do you know how hard it is to find large dog costumes THAT ACTUALLY FIT?? If you know the struggle, look no more. Originally bought the stegasaurus full body. Didnt fit. Return was a breeze. Tried these two and the Large fit my 85lb lab perfectly. Material is great. So comfy it doesn't even bother him. Only qualm is that the headpiece is a bit bulky.. California pet costumes for the win. Life... finds a way.

I ordered a medium size for my dog. My dog’s neck measures 13” so it should have bigger in size if anything, but the medium was too small. His chest measures 23” and the medium says 20-24”, but I still wasn’t able to strap it around my dog’s chest. The whole thing looks so small on him it’s ridiculous. Be careful what size you order - I assume 1-2 sizes up.

It was easy to put on, just two pieces and the arm sleeves were good. The velcro straps were the most difficult part to get right and I ended up modifying them so it would fit properly. I ordered the Large and my dog is about 45 lbs and a cattle dog mix. She has shorter front legs for her size so the sleeves dragged a bit if she sat or moved around and then tried to get up and walk. The velcro straps needed more velcro length and the head gear slipped and twisted around often.

This costume was mostly great. The only issue was that the head was pretty top heavy and wasn't able to be secured-needs some additional straps to keep it upright. That being said, it was still a lot of fun, even if the head slipped down. My dog is about 50 lbs and the large was the correct size.

Very cute, but the head piece doesn’t stay up. The Velcro provided isn’t enough to keep it on.

Was very cute, body fit well but head was to big. Overall it was enjoyable and got a good laugh :)
