I've purchased this product before through a different company. I liked that it was lightweight, sturdy, expandable as well stackable. However, This particular seller, sold this product with a missing side (integral part).UPDATED: Purchase from a different seller. I feel quite satisfied with the product

I previously bought two of these and they were great on top of each other, so I ordered a third to stack on top of the previous two.In the box, the items are clearly labeled with R and L for right and left side. The third one contained two right sides and no left side. Now I've got a bunch of worthless parts sprawled out on my living room floor, and when I go online to get a replacement it wants me to send the originals back. It's not worth the hassle for a product that only costs ~$20. If there's a phone number to call to get a person to send a replacement, they've done a good job at keeping it hidden.It's a nice unit if you get a version with the right parts, but had I known that 1 in 3 were defective I wouldn't have bought it (especially since it only gets good when you buy multiple).It's a nice product when it works, but there's no reason to buy a shoe rack that might work when all the other ones already do.

I've had a few different shoe holders over the years, like the plastic bag one that hangs over the door and won't hold boots or any real shoes other than children's trainers.I've also had the ClosetMaid closet organizer (white) and while that was nice it doesn't expand, it's easily damageable and it is just wobbly enough that stacking isn't actually an option. It also weighs a bit.This one however, I ordered one, used it for about a month and decided to get another. It expands, it's sort of modern looking and it doesn't weigh much.

LOOKS GREAT AND HOLDS MANY PAIRS OF SHOES. I BOUGHT AND STACKED TWO OF THEM AND AM VERY HAPPY.

Super cheap material, already falling apart

It's a bit flimsier then I expected. As you start to expand this out to open it, the railings get really weak in the center. It doesn't sit well on carpet. You get what you pay for.

This is the 4th one that I have bought over the last several years. (Maybe I need to get rid of some shoes). They work well and are durable. It fits very nicely behind the door of my laundry room.

Very nice shoe rack. Easy to assemble. Clean lines. Light weight.
