Love it! What took us so long to get one? You need this in your life. Especially if you have people who spin the dial on the temp. You can lock it down and set the highest & lowest temp. Just tell them they broke it. It shows and allows you to control the humidity. That’s fantastic down here in the South where we need gills.

I was surprised, everything works just like it is supposed to, after initial install, I haven't had to touch it again. but I do pull pranks on kids and freeze them out every once in a while since I can control it while I'm gone😁

I’ve had it now for like 3 months, very easy tu use and works very well with Alexa.! Over all I’m happy with it.

Avoid this and any other thermostat from Emerson. This thing was causing my furnace and air conditioner to both run much longer than necessary. It also was rebooting itself multiple times per day. So the firmware on this is complete garbage.The replacement I installed performs as a thermostat should perform.

Gave it to my dad as a gift, he loved it. He enjoyed the convienence of being able to control it with his phone. Only complaint, he has to reconnect it if the Wi-Fi goes out.
