Wow!
I wasn't in the market for a plasma cutter but watched a video of an individual who had to buy one for some fab he was doing. I eventually watched a video review of the same product before electing to purchase one myself. Backstory: I had decided to build my own treesaw rather than shell out the $2800 for a new one as I had access to plenty of scrap iron. I decided I would build one myself for a fraction of the cost. I put the warfox plasma cutter together and immediately started cutting on the 3/8" plate. I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised at the ease with which this machine cut the heavy plate. I took the advice of one of the reviews which suggested purchasing extra consumables. I cut 104 teeth using a 6gal compressor and 220v service. The process was slowed as I had to stop occasionally to give my compressor a break. I went through about 6 changes of consumables and that was it. Keep those clean and a good supply of air and you're set. I cannot attest to support or longevity as I've only had it a week but it already paid for itself in my opinion. I took a screen shot of the video I watched which helped with assembling the regulator/water filter. The assembly instructions weren't the best but I was able to get it right with the video. This cuts much cleaner and narrower than a torch.Fast forward to 09/28/23.I just finished cutting a new saw from 1/4" plate and it cuts thru like a knife thru warm butter. The Warfox will cut thru 3/8" but it's a bit slower. I would buy another in a heartbeat. Vertical happy after 1+ years.

Air regulator is weird
Excellent plasma cutter for the money. The instructions re: the air regulator aren’t great but once you figure that out, works flawlessly.

Warfox Plasma Cutter CUT50D
Received my cutter and did the inventory first. Got 5 electrodes and tips as stated in the item list. At least, a Ceramic cup and 2 swirl rings should be included. Hook up the machine with ease. Only challenge is with the Air Regulator. Use enough Teflon tape and make sure its tighten properly. When I hooked up the air compressor line and tested. I heard a leak coming from inside the unit. Decided to test it as is and the unit worked great using 220V and different thickness of metal except 1/2". I played with the Current and Pressure ratings and no problem found. Yet to test out a piece of 1/2" metal plate and max it out. On the 110V side, I notice the max current is up to 35A and not the 40A as stated here. Maybe a Pot needs adjustment but this is not a problem since I'll mostly be using 220V, 40 to 50 Amps. After a vigorous run, I noticed the leak from inside increase to the point it was not turning off my compressor. So I decide to open it up and find the leak. This was a simple problem where the air line to the gauge won't tight enough. All I had to do was give it a slight push forward or in and it was very secured and the leak was gone. See the upper orange line in the attached photo. I cannot help it but give 5 stars due to this little cheap unit performance. I'm really impressed and looking forward to using it. I need a lot of practice with respect to neatness. I even cut 2 half inch holes and was amazed. I will definitely recommend this product to newbies and DIYers.I'm even considering bringing down some of these units and sell in my country since the big businesses sells so expensive, (I'm located in the Caribbean) once I can get in touch with Warfox.

i like this machine a lot.. worked right out of the box i use this for all sorts of cutting on some of my old hot rods with a guide you can cut some very straight lines which need almost no grinding

Incredible little thing
I'm amazed at what this little machine can do, I've cut all the way up to half inch. Its quite a bit slower and the cut wasn't as nice at 1/2 inch but it did it and still looked better than flame cut. For thinner metal its outstanding, I think it will actually save me money now that I don't have to cut things with and angle grinder and a torch
