i havent had it for that long but it works great! this is my 3rd case in about 2 years. first time it broke was when i was being rough and the clip broke off, second time (i had it for a year and a half or so) the part inside of the clip stopped working, so if tandem is going to make any imrpovements on their cases it has to be a better clip, if it breaks again i might as well just hot glue a clip onto the back of the pump

Awesome for every day use
Fits perfect with my Tandem T:Slim! I've used the clip since September 2016 and never had any issues. I don't think I've dropped the case but I use it every day. Multiple times I have to unclip from my pants and no issues with the clips yet. I use my black case mostly because it is more discreet. I will be buying more in different colors.

Cheaply made, expensive clips for Tandem Insulin Pumps
These plastic cases are very cheaply made yet expensive. They break every few months, so I always have an extra on hand. Most of the time, the only colors available are bright green, red or orange. I would rather not buy these, but we have no choice. I have asked Tandem to make stronger, better, more durable clips, but they haven't. The other choices of pump holders are bulky and/or not user-friendly (i.e. you have to open them up to enter info into your pump).

No choice but this low quality piece of junk.
Overpriced, low quality item that you are forced to buy. We're on our 4th in 3 years, but really have no options since my daughter needs to protect the pump and have it clip on somehow. The original that shipped with the pump was a little better quality, but the clip broke in the first 9 months. We keep replacing with these (because there are no other options) and they just keep breaking. It's a low quality plastic and the part where the two halves come together is even thinner and just crumbles. What else can I do? Until I have a 3D printer, I'm stuck with this (at least until we replace her pump).
