HELD UP GREAT IN RAIN
This was purchased for my son to use on our island camping trip this summer. I also got him the REDCAMP under quilt on Amazon just in case it was chilly or the mosquitoes were determined to bite him through the hammock.I had planned to treat the fly with waterproofing once he had it set up, but time got away from me setting up camp and I figured I would do it in the morning. The rain came sooner than forecast, and I had told him to come into my tent (which is huge and the farthest thing from a hammock—-I even have a cot in there) if he got soaked. Not only did he not get soaked, it rained all four days, so I wasn’t able to treat the fly at all, and he stayed warm and dry. He was right on the lake edge too, and two of the days we had winds from the end of tropical storm Fred, but he had no complaints. Well, none about the hammock that is. He is still a teenager LOLOL.

Great quality and very practical
This is hands down the most practical camping hammock I have ever used. The material is thick, and sturdy.it can stand the test of time as well as weather changes when you are out there enjoying nature. Not only does the net protects from insects , it also come with an overhead cover to provide shade. This is the best few dollars I have even spent. I love the outdoors and I sure am getting my money’s worth!

Low quality and disappointing
Low quality, cheap straps only measuring around 4 feet each with no loops, cheap clips, the rods that hold the but net up punctured a hole, in the cheap material, would not recommend nor buy again.

For cost point and construction this is a good camping hammock
This is a sturdy, lightweight, camping hammock. It comes with netting and a tarp to keep the biting pesks out and the water at bay. The hoop material is not difficult to remove from the hammock, and merely goes back in through the stitched tubing and into the respective pockets, but it isn't easy to get the entirety of the hoops back into the included/ built in stuff sack without first removing the hard plastic material. Otherwise, it was a great night out in the Gastonia, and it was a comfortable rest. The double zippers make it relatively easy to get in and out of the hammock, and have a nice bug free night. It has a great price point and it is a solid hammock.

Cheap material, struggle to re-fold
The loops are so hard to re-coil and fold that you have to use both hands and hug it against your chest while rolling, then squeeze between your knees while shimmying the bag awkwardly and tightly around the coils which barely fit. Furthermore after only a few uses, the carry bag is ripping already. Cheap quality, waste of money, the only good thing is the bug net, and even that isn't fine enough to keep all bugs out, and on top of that, they sewed a couple inches of the net overlapping the zipper, so that part can't be unzipped unless I want to rip the net. Was this sewn by a child?

Very disappointed / absolutely disappointed
The accessories pack must have been left out of mine. Tree straps? Just 2 flat nylon belts, with absolutely no way to strap them onto anything. Worth the money? No. Replacement sent.Replacement received. Same worthless straps as first. Absolutely no way to use the straps on a tree at all. The black strap pictured is the one they sent with nothing else. The picture of the black and blue strap is from another hammock I have and it has actual tree straps. The tree straps they show pictured are absolutely nothing like what they send. Don’t waste your money.
