Just what I needed for leftovers. Works just fine. Good quality, very satisfied.

We use Lock & Lock containers all the time in the house, for storing leftovers to packing small servings for lunch. I was interested in this one mainly because it is glass instead of plastic which makes it better for the microwave. It's a neat little container and it has its uses, but it is smaller than I realized and isn't a good fit for my intended use.The fact that it is glass (and borosilicate at that) makes this little dish a lot more versatile when reheating things. However, considering the divider that's in it, I have some trouble figuring out what exactly would be something I would put in here if I wanted to heat it up. The container is small as it is, but the divider makes putting anything in this that you plan to reheat even more cramped.All is not lost, though. It is almost the perfect size for putting in diced tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce or other fixings when putting together a meal like tacos. When the meal is done, simply pop on the lid and toss it in the refrigerator and it's good to go for the next meal. The glass does not absorb odors and it does not stain, so things like onions and tomato-based sauces are safe to put in here without damage.By the way, the lid is plastic. This should be obvious, but I'll state it here for completeness.This is a small container and it is not one I can see using in the oven or the microwave even though it is made of the right material for such. Where it succeeds is in containing diced ingredients to be used either in meal prep or storage for later use.

I probably own well over fifty pieces of Lock & Lock, mostly plastic and several borosilicate glass, but these are among the first I’ve tried with the divider. For me, the main attraction with the divider is that I can store two foods together (freezer or refrigerator) and warm them together in the microwave, for example, two vegetables, a meat and a vegetable, a side with a sauce and one dry, and so on. Remove the lid or have it loose (vented) when using it in the microwave.Of course, the borosilicate glass also works great in the oven as it can go to very high heat, up to 750 degrees, which includes the broiler. However, be sure to remove the plastic lid first.I have had no problems taking it from the freezer to the microwave, but I would not take it from the refrigerator or freezer to a hot oven as that is much too drastic and quick a temperature change.This 25-ounce container is small. One side holds at most about a cup, the other is roughly twice that size.

I've been buying Lock & Lock for years, but up until now, it's been entirely in plastic. It really is a quality product.So, I was happy to see Lock & Lock In Glass. The top is still plastic, not suitable for the microwave, but the bottom is glass, suitable for the microwave, oven, up to 750 degrees. You can even put this in the freezer. I would hand wash the lid, but you can put the glass part in the dishwasher.This is the 25 Oz size, which is fairly small. The glass is very thick. The divider is also glass, and not removable. There is a larger space, and a smaller space.I would say that this size is suitable for some leftovers, or to take your lunch to work. I really only use my Lock & Lock for food storage, not to cook in.The Aqua color around the lid gives this some color.

The media could not be loaded.  These locknlock container has two compartment a bigger and a smaller compartment allowing to keep food separately.Uses:I usually use the bigger compartment for solid food like salad, fruit, fried rice and smaller compartment for dips, chutneys, condiments etc. I even used to store small amount of leftovers. It is a durable container.Lid :The lid has a silicon ring which makes your lock features reliable and spill free.If the divider or lid completely separate the compartment it would be a bonus so that you can keep solid food with liquidy foods like stew, soup etc. it is also smaller than expected.Over all very happy.

I take my lunch to work most days and have used the Lock & Lock Glass Food Storage Container to both take my lunch and reheat it in for the past several weeks.Overall, this does exactly what it's intended to do and does it well! The plastic lid snaps on the glass container and forms a leak-proof seal. The lid is not microwave safe so I just pop it off before reheating my food at work. The glass container is divided into two sections.I'm also a fan of the overall size capped at about 25oz. This definitely helps with portion control. Plus the overall size means I can easy throw this container in my backpack or lunchbag.Great product! Recommended!

This is a good, sturdy food storage container. The glass is thick and durable. The lid seals really well. The lid cannot go in the dishwasher, but the glass container can. There is a divider in the container so there are lots of possibilities for using this container. It's a great container for meal prep or lunch.

Size is way smaller than mentioned here . Not happy with the product
