I live in a no helmet state, and I never wear a helmet. Rather than making people sign a waiver, the company I work for requires a helmet to drive on to the property. Sometimes the best part of my day is the ride to and from work, so of course the company had to put their dick beaters all over it and try to ruin that for me. After trying a few DOT approved helmets, and one other not approved helmet. I came to terms with the fact that no matter what you’ll look like Toad in Mario cart wearing it. So I didn’t have high hopes purchasing this, but I figured for the price my feelings wouldn’t be hurt. I ordered it on Wednesday, shipping said it wouldn’t come until the following Thursday. It came on Saturday early in the morning. It fits like a glove, it’s super light, looks great, and my company is none the wiser.So wether you want to trick your wife, or an overbearing micro-managing corporate staff, this is the helmet for you!I think cops will know from a mile away that it’s not DOT, but if your like me and live in a state that doesn’t care(or you don’t care) then go for it.Rule #1: always look cool.Rule #2: don’t get lostRule #3: if you do get lost, resort back to rule #1.

Follow their head sizing chart. I first got it and was concerned because it was pretty tight.. but after 1 hr riding it was snug, after 3 hrs riding it was super comfortable.. now it's like a glove. I want to order another one because I want to make sure I have another one years from now if I want another helmet.. never want to ever change away from this helmet now. Absolutely perfect. One thing I notice is that when I look left at an approaching motorcycle and give them a head up-nod... I don't feel a thing.. no mushroom pulling my head up from the wind resistance.. nothing. This is incredibly second nature and like nothing I've ever used before.

Item is beyond garbage. Item is very low grade plastic/fiberglass, as far as these items go. Seller abusive in return abilities and wouldnt refund total after misleading quality of helmet... this is not even a brain bucket. It is the closest thing I have purchased to an old school leather helmet. Nothing close to Voss or simialar. Garbage item... save your time and money. Fit isn't even practical unless your head is long from forehead to back of head. Strap is garbage, bulky, and not well displayed at all on listing. Seller pushing low quality item and getting away with your money if you return. See seller return policy and line about not returning due to item not accurate in description with seller's no use of this method and "nothing wrong with description." Horrible helmet, poor business model, and very unreasonable seller pushing this item.

after reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical, but figured for the price, i'd roll the dice and hope for the best. I couldn't be happier with this helmet. perfect fit, based on the sizing guide, looks good (once I got all my stickers on, that is :) ), feels good... after seeing mine, my son even bought one. love the quick-release buckle, as well.UPDATE- the best way to release the buckle is to place your LEFT HAND up under the strap so your thumb can rest on the buckle (palm away from you). close your hand to grasp the strap and allow your thumb to release the buckle just by sliding the clasp while pulling the strap away from the other side of the buckle. it sounds confusing, but just try it...

This has to be the best novelty helmet with I’ve worn in 20 years ? It has nice padding inside . it’s a little snug but that goes away after a few rides . Sleek and low..looks greateven has a cushion under your chin to protect you from the strap .catch is a little tricky for safety ..(not easily unlocked) but worth getting used to I am going to buy another just to have on handdidn’t move an inch at 80 mph

a novelty helmet. Extremely lightweight and keeps the sun off my head when riding without a DOT lid. I've been riding motorcycles for fifty years and have never seen a strap/buckle like the thing on this helmet...I mean to say I've never seen one as bad as this. If I were rating the strap, it would get 1 star...it's that wonky.

These helmets are OK, for what they are (I wear mine whenever I'm putting around town, under 50mph) but it's not going to do anything for you much over that speed. The sizing is at least one size smaller than advertised. I think it is due to them being an extended oval rather than a simple oval (they are about 20% longer and much narrower than any other helmet I have tried on). Order a size up unless you have a long, skinny skull.

I know it's not to be worn on your bike. Because everyone wants to wear the 8,000 LB neck breakers that do nothing for you when you crash. The best idea DON'T CRASH and if you do PROTECT YOUR HEAD. Because NO HELMET MADE WILL DO THAT FOR YOU.It's on the wall by my Harley and that's where it will stay unless I get my head re-shaped like an EGG. :)
