The Acutos Stainless Steel Potato Ricer has made my mashed potatoes go from Good to AMAZING!The product is of an exceptionally high quality, you can tell as soon as you hold it that it will never fall apart on you. It comes with 3 interchangeable disks which will assist you in making anything ranging from mashed potatoes and gnocchi, to smooth rich and creamy tomato sauce!The best part for me is how much this product saves me time and energy. I don’t have to spend time peeling potatoes anymore, because the design of this product will allow you to quickly get a creamy riced potato while holding back the skin all on its own. I have found ricers in the past to be disappointing, but this one has proven to be EXCEPTIONAL. The capacity of the cup is large enough to hold big potatoes and very little effort is required to use the product. The clean-up is quick and easy as well. I first heard about a potato ricer on food network and decided to purchase one to test. I decided on the Acutos Stainless Steel Potato Ricer because from my research on other similar potato ricers, stainless steel was thought to be most durable, and the price was right. Not too cheap that I would worry about durability but not too expensive for a first buy.I must admit I was very impressed with this device. It was easy to use and I was astonished at how smooth and creamy my mashed potatoes turned out. My family absolutely loved it! I have no regrets and would definitely recommend!!

I bought this to make it easier for me to squeeze water out of thawed spinach. It has worked better than I had hoped. I highly recommend this versatile product.

I am a big mashed potato fan and I am very very picky about the preparation of them.This ricer really does an excellent job and the potatoes come out light and fluffy each and every time.

I paid full price for this, which means I get to leave an honest review. It doesn't feel heavy duty at all. And the disk at the bottom moves around during use and wedges itself in. Was able to make riced potato puree, with some struggle. If anyone makes a heavy duty one, please let me know.

I saw my sister using one of these the other day and decided to get one myself. It really does save me time when I want to make some quick mashed potatoes. It seems quite sturdy and of good quality. I even was able to squeeze some juice out of a portugal with it so it is versatile. I'm happy with this purchase.
