Helps with pregnancy nausea
Nauseous during your entire pregnancy? This is a must have. My OBGYN recommended this, although it’s a sleep aid it also helps with horrible nausea. I took 1/2 tablet every night and felt as good as I could the next day, I was actually able to keep food down.

Great sleep aid
After researching different sleep aids that work with the medication I take, I saw Unisom should be a good match for me. It really is! First time I’ve found something that helps me fall asleep fast and stay asleep. So happy!

Did not work for me
1 star because I took 4 pills, recommended 1 or 2 pills, had absolutely no effect on me. This is same antihistamine that you find in NYQUIL. I thought I'd try the antihistamine alone, but no effect.
