I found the instructions by looking it up on the internet.

Q: Do you dip the blank part in urine

The blank part is just to hold the strip while you dip it in the urine. The little squares are the areas you should dip. You can then use the blank part to hold the strip against the specimen colours on the container to read the tests.

match the strip to the colour code on the side of the bottle and it will show you any abnormalities make sure all colours match and then you will see along the strip the problem area that you have hope that helps

The top one for leukocytes changes colour and the one for blood will probably change. I have read you can have leukocytes when no infection is present.A culture test is the best to identify if bacteria is present. Your Dr. Can arrange this by your urine sample.
