The item works as described but isn't very good. Pretty thin so Doesn't provide much warmth. For cycling this is only good for around 30 degrees Fahrenheit or warmer, otherwise it doesn't help much. Doesn't cover your forehead either so you have to wear a stocking cap as well to keep your forehead warm. It is not very helmet friendly, hard to use with a helmet on. Overall item is okay.

I'm not sure how this would do for an enthusiast or heavy use case, but for snow blowing and the occasional winter sport this is fantastic. I might use this less than 15 times a year.I want to find out what this material is and have my base layer tops and bottoms made out of it. It's comfy and keeps in the heat.

This bacalava is by far the best out of any of the three other brands we’ve tried. This bacalava fits perfectly, keeps your head warm, and allows good breathability.

I was looking for balaclavas for skiing as I had misplaced mine. These are tricky to buy online, because you want it to be well made and good material. Sometimes they are too short or too tight or the face cutout is not quite right.These are perfect and will fit nicely under my helmet. I like that when I received these they are packaged well and looked brand new. They are exactly as described and perfect for skiing. They will fit under my helmet no problem. These arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Solid material, good stitching, and well made.

It’s been -35/-43*c in AB Can. all week and these have been great for when I need to go shovel my walk /driveway or to get the mail.I’ve worn it for as long as an hour in those cold temperatures and it kept my ears/ and face nice and warm!Want to get more for the rest of the family!

When I received this item, I thought about returning it . The front mask portion wasn’t like I thought it would be, I was expecting something like the Bula Balaclava.But finally am impressed by the product, I use it mostly for ski. The design is perfect, the mask don’t stick to your mouth, and my ski goggles don’t get foggy by my respiration.

paper thin... not really warm wind pass throught and its fall maybe not for winter... and the face part is really really thin...
