I’m not sure what “heat resistance” means but it’s a nice looking kettle and thick quality. In my house it fills up two coffee presses daily. The one design flaw is that the handle should be a little more off centered; as you don’t hold it straight from the top to pour it.

I brought this tea kettle for my mom she loves tea. She like the design perfect in her kitchen and quickly heat up water for tea. I would defiantly recommend it.

I have only been using the kettle for about a week, but it works exactly as described. It heats water much more quickly than my old kettle. I thought the fixed handle (instead of a swivel handle) was going to be a problem, but it is not.

This kettle looks exactly as advertised and is hands down the prettiest kettle I've ever owned. The handle is soft and heat resistant and the whistle is LOUD. Exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be more pleased.
