Hi JS. The Micro Dump Truck uses 3 x AG13 (1.5V) batteries. This toy has a small parts warning and is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Thank you.

does the engine run until you turn it off or does it run just for away and you have to restart it thanks

It goes off by itself. Had to ask 8-yr old grandson who loves it and has all 3 that go together along with construction site. U have to restart. Enjoy.
