Centrum Minis Silver Men's Multivitamin for Men 50 and Over, 280 Tablets

My healthcare provider recommended that I start taking a multivitamin now that I’m over 50. I really like these Centrum Minis! They’re small and easy to swallow. I usually take mine with food, but I’ve also taken them on an empty stomach without experiencing any nausea or discomfort. That’s a big plus for me! I’d definitely recommend them.

These multi vitamins have a lot of ingredients including trace minerals. These are a bonus. I struggle to swallow the standard size multi vitamin tablets. Therefore the smaller size of these multi vitamins allow me to swallow them much easier than the large standard size tablets.

I love these vitamins. They are small to easily swallow, never upsets my stomach, nor has any after taste or cause for indigestion. I can feel the positive difference when I take them for a few days. I highly recommend them.

Great for people with difficulty swallowing large pills. These are still a bit larger than I would prefer, but they are only half the size of regular Centrum tablets.

This medicine delivered on May 7 2023 with expiry date of July 2023 only about 80 days. The bottle has 280 capsule. Am I supposed to eat the whole bottle now?
