2 Years Old and Still Going
I bought my Get Out Gear Puffy blanket over 2 years ago and it’s still good as new. It has maintained its puffy nature and packs down tight and compactly. We camp in cold (California cold 28*F) and this blanket keeps us warm while lounging by the camp fire and in our tent. It’s also great for lining our mesh chairs or sleeping pads. Did I mention that’s it’s still puffy 2 years later? I recommend this blanket to everyone!

Warm and comfy
Was looking for an affordable camp blanket that performs well, and this does the trick! We have all kinds of camp blankets, from the super expensive name brand ones that are amazing, to some super inexpensive ones that just aren’t very warm. This one is the baby bear…just right! Full size blanket, warm, comfy, packable. Recently was used on a club winter camping trip to supplement low-quality sleeping bags and it worked great.

Good for the cost
This blanket is a good value in regards to cost. As far as the craftsmanship goes it’s not perfect. There’s an inconsistency in the synthetic insulation from square to square. Some having little to no insulation. For the price it’s ok but it might be worth spending more on a name brand one.

It's amazing!
So warm and lightweight. I have actually been using it indoors, as a quick way to warm up, or as a lap blanket while reading. It's featherlight, and offers the perfect temperature. I Love it and know I will use it for camping in the spring in our tent trailer.

Synthetic Fiber Bunches Up
I have used this blanket for a year. It has gone on 26 days of camping trips. I have washed it once as directed. The synthetic fill has bunched up in the center of the quilted squares. When used as directed to wrap around my shoulders outside around the campfire, it does not provide consistent warmth because there’s so much area without any insulation. I have tried separating the bunched up fibers within the quilt squares, but this has been tedious and not successful. It is lightweight and easy to pack, but does not provide the warmth that I originally bought it for.

Didn't disappoint!
Love these blankets. We camp in a popup, and don't have a whole lot of storage room in our camper. So these are fantastic. Surprisingly warm. The snaps are handy, to wear as a poncho of sorts sitting around the campfire. These blankets saved us when we were stupid one trip and forgot to bring jackets.

Crinkly!
Decent size, surprised was easily able to fold/roll into stuff sack. Would probably easily stuff also but as I plan to return repacked correctly. Staticky...even immed after vaccuming sev bits and pieces (of what? Had just vacc'ed and its the pet free living room rug?) stuck as I rolled. Listed as teal however its plain ol blue..not that color is a determining factor but I really dislike royal blue. Pladtic snaps are a bit loosely snapping and can only snap to opposite side (iclimb more durable metal hardware can snap in various ways). Very slick similar if not same as rumpl, which drives me crazy...i want a blanket not a slip n slide. Have only unpacked to compare to other brands but this comes in #3...only beats out rumpl due to price (cannot bring myself to spring for a rumpl..even when found carharrt collab for $50). Iclimb wins for price, construction/camping functionality and portability while Grove wins for price and car camping/hammocking functionality.
