About this item: ~ Includes 12 of our fringe toppers in metallic black and orange. ~Each set of toppers is made of individually cut and fringed layers of metallic foil paper on a white lollipop stick. ~These toppers stand out at any party because of their unique height and pretty fringe details. The foil also catches the light and will shimmer and shine. ~We offer two sizes: 6 inch and 4 inch. We recommend the 6 inch toppers for standard cupcakes or medium to large cakes and the 4 inch toppers for mini cupcakes or small cakes. Want to mix it up a little? Why not use a mix of 4 inch and 6 inch toppers? ~We also offer several color combinations.
