My awning got caught by a gust of wind and sheared the arms off the top brackets. This part was sold out at local trailer part stores and I was lucky enough to find it on Amazon. Shipping took longer than normal but I think its because the part was out of stock here as well. However, I should point out that was it showed up on my doorstep within the delivery window and worked perfectly. Overall very pleased.
