It had no problem going to depths of 36 inches, which is as deep as it could go in our hot tub.

is it fully submersible or does it float only?

Fully submersible! Battery lasts a long time too.

Can this submarine handle any weight? Im doubting it can hold a .5lb gopro camera strapped to it?

It is much smaller than a go pro in mass and would never handle the weight.

It can go 18 to 24 inches deep before I lose a signal if you’re close to it.
