The resistance bands do their job. They provide ample resistance and don't feel too weak. The handles are pretty comfortable as well. The only thing I do want to mention is that I think that the resistance listed is slightly overstated as I usually have more difficulty with the same weight on an older set that I had. That being said, I guess it's wholly possible that the resistance was higher than listed on the previous set so this may be a moot point. With the ability to add more resistance, I'm still quite happy with this set.

I believe for the money, this was a good purchase. I however, dispute the tension listed on them. I'm often adding several different band tensions to get to the desired resistance ( which in most cases takes more). I've had them for several months now and they seem to be holding up.

This bag of resistance bands packs a punch! I love that they are color coded, to easily find the one I’m needing that day. I use these with a workout video and I can make it is intense as I want based on which band I use. I love the soft grips they come with also! I had never used resistance bands braced by the door before, but I do now, easily, with the added accessory. Very impressed with not just the resistance but the quality of the bands. I feel like they will last for years! So glad I tried these!!!

I needed to add some weight to my existing SUPALAK Resistance Bands, and I thought these heavier EILISON bands with 60lbs max would serve the purpose. I was wrong. 1. Overrated weight - The 50lbs band is the same resistance as the 40lbs Supalak. The 10lbs band feels the same as the 20lbs band of the same brand. 2. Short handle grip - See my photo to see how short the grip is. I'm wearing medium size glove. The straps rub on my palm and finger, causing pain while exercising 3. Short max length - the nylon sleeve is too short, preventing the inner elastic band from stretching out further. I can't do some exercises that require longer stretch. Maybe this is ok for shorter people, like below 5'3". 4. One of the carabiner needs a little nudge to close completely

Terrific Product! Combining different Resistance Bands gives you nearly any band strength needed. Great for sitting crunches.

They work, but cheaply made. Time will tell how long they last.

It is what I expected and kit works will. I only use the kit to maintain body mass.
