Frustrating!!!
The story and illustration are great as always, but the digital version pages of this manga is put together backwards. So you read the page from right to left and then you turn the pages the same way (swipe right to left), which is backwards for a manga. This means that all two page drawings are cut up and don't appear as one continuous drawing, and I found myself reading pages that I had previously read because I had turn the page the wrong way. The way this digital copy is put together absolutely sucks, hence the two stars.

It's good, but...
Ok, someone messed up the format on the digital version. Instead of reading right to left, it is left to right which is backwards from all the previous 16 books of the series. It is very annoying, which is why the two stars. Someone needs to fix this.Otherwise the story moves right along, and is just as amusing and interesting as ever.

Very good stuff
This is just a really good series. Only critique is that the rest of the series reads on my Kindle app in traditional right to left manga style and then this one just sorta switches, like the localization team suddenly woke up from their coma and thought "Americans can't handle this". That, or I don't know how to work my app which is totally possible and even likely.

A very good translation job
As you may know if you've been paying attention to reviewer names, I focus mainly on the translation for this series, rather than the story content, since I've read it in Japanese already. And the translation this time is fantastic! In previous reviews, I harped on the translator for getting too fancy with chapter titles, but that has been minimized in this volume. Not eliminated, since there's a few 2nd Periods that required them to stick with their original titles, but all the other ones are well done. Additionally, there aren't any non sequiturs in this volume, like there were in volume six. In short, this ranks up there with volume five in terms of translation quality. This is the treatment that this series deserves.Of course, I won't review this without talking about the story AT ALL. The story, of course, is well-written. Some might say it's too fast-paced, but I say it doesn't waste your time. This volume is the main bulk of the arc started in volume seven, with the conclusion to come in volume nine. Don't worry- the story just keeps getting better, especially once the second semester starts. If I had to say one bad thing, I'd say that Viz is too thorough in its previews of the next volume. Assassination Classroom is a very content-dense series, so the previews feel less like previews and more like play-by-plays. But oh well.

Great Storytelling
Another excellent volume of Assassination Classroom that continues their journey through the hotel to get the antidote to heal their classroom. I found it content wise to be excellent as it took us from a good start all the way to what appears to be close to the end of the event. I wonder if they could have fit in a few more chapters to fully carry the event out? It would have been nice. As an aside the Yuuji chapter in this was one of my favorite chapters to read. Its so good seeing a new character for a brief moment.Quality wise there was a typo in this volume (Karasuma is misspelled one time) so one wonders if some quality checking actually took place. I say that because the typo was actually four pages in. If I could see it then I would imagine anyone else could. On the same lines of quality, we did get lots of translated moments like the overview of the student locations on the resort section of the island, character profiles and random omake moments in the middle of the chapters, a translators note (on a character quirk and a gag manga reference), and a translated afterword. The manga continues to have great content and a plot that's very focused on moving things along. It feels different and tighter than most other Shonen Jump manga. I think its for the better as it makes Assassination Classroom a very memorable series.
