The basics first - super easy to install and a perfect fit. The seat arrived with no flaws in the finish etc. Beyond that, I have been extremely pleased, and surprisingly impressed, with the design and quality of construction. The underside of the seat is curved so any 'issues' you have remain in the bowl and don't spread outward under the seat. The top of the seat is concave as well and helps make cleaning a snap. The placement of the supports under the seat are perfect and do not create bows are weak spots in the seat.The central hinge includes a section that appears to be ceramic in thickness and appearance, although I gather it is a plastic. It's a very nice touch and adds to the overall quality of the product. The seat as a whole feels very sturdy, solid, and well worth the cost. The slow closure function works perfectly Now we shall see if it holds up to basic use.

I have installed three of these seats all fit well and were an easy install. They look great and the chrome accents vs plastic are much nicer than other seats we have had over the years. The finish material on the seats is on the fragile side. Bathroom cleaners eventually take it's toll. That said they do last a couple of years and worth it as real chrome on metal beats the plastic counter parts on similar seats. the chrome parts stand up really well and very easy to keep clean.

Poor quality, laminate wood. Much thinner than old unit purchased 7 years ago. New hardware much more difficult to install, no wing nut so now you need 2 tools to screw in, on driver and socket to hold the plastic nut. Not worth it.

This seat is great quality and very attractive. It is more sturdy than many other seats. It is easy to install. I'm going to be purchasing more of these soon.

Love the Amazon question - what did you use this product for? The usual things, Amazon. The usual things. This has a nice, solid feel and closes quietly. It works well with our Tushy bidet (installed below the seat) Will eventually replace all of the other seats in the house with this model.

Hinges on last one cracked after a year, these ones are way sturdier, the hinge is a brilliant design andbarring an elephant sitting on it, will last forever.

Gorgeous seat. However, ordered early August 2023 and cracked mid November 2023. For a $100+ toilet seat, i expect more.
