Small but great product.
Even with the small size, it’s a great treadmill. Doesn’t take up a lot of space, works well. I’m a bigger girl (hence the need for a treadmill) and still can use it fine.

5 stars for customer service - UPDATE - and replacement
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The new treadmill arrived and after a little over a week it is working great. So far no problems at all. The most important thing to remember for this model is it is small. Great for me because I wanted small. Using in a small space and only walking. If you are a serious runner, or have a large stride, this is probably not the machine for you. See my original review below. Everything works well. Tray holds my iPad safely. Pulse reader works, programs are OK - a little confusing per the instructions but I don't use them. Blue tooth works well. Worth the low cost.Customer Service Review only. This arrived 2 days early and was relatively easy to assemble. It is a small treadmill, but exactly the size I was looking for. It worked great for about 3 minutes. The computer display would freeze, so none of the buttons would work. The worst issue was that after a few seconds, the belt would then abruptly stop. A safety concern. It was inconsistent in the time before it would freeze. Sometimes after only a few seconds, other times a few minutes. Once it ran for over 10 minutes before freezing and locking up. I immediately contacted customer service. There were some delays in trying to send them a video but within a few days they have shipped out another treadmill. It should arrive next week, and I will update this review then. They did not want the current treadmill returned, so now I will have to figure out what to do with the broken one. It needs to be trashed as it is dangerous in its current condition.Pros (for me): The right size (it will be going into a small space). Relatively quiet when running. Display is easy to read. There are pulse monitors built into the handles which seem to work OK (never got high because of it not working properly). Holder for tablet is sturdy and works well. Blue tooth works well.Cons: May be too short, narrow and small for serious runners. I will be using this in a small space and only walking. I did not get the opportunity to try out the pre-programed routines, or the different modes. The computer/electronics were not working - display and buttons froze/locked up and belt stopped abruptly.I am keeping my fingers crossed that the replacement will work properly. For the price and for what I need/want this treadmill is perfect (or will be once I get one that works). Will update!

Great machine if it works properly.
(One star lost – see below)Unwrapped it, assembled it and turned it on. Yaaaaayyy, it all worked.Other commenters are correct on the “smallness” of the equipment.I would guess that the “size” is best for someone who is 5 foot 10 or less. Here are some useful measurements. The actual width of the moving treadmill is 14 inches and the useful length of the stride is 36 inches. The handles are about 3-4 inches too short for my height (6 foot 2) and I have to use my fingertips to stand erect while fast walking.I found the “cruising” speed for me to be 2.5 miles per hour. Any faster than this and I have to get out of daydreaming mode and concentrate on keeping my stride shorter and quicker or else my feet would go off the back edge. But with a gradual speed increase for a beginning warmup and a cool-off slow down at the end, I would get in about 1.1 miles for a 30 minute fast walk. Some clarification on the program interval times. Each program has 10 intervals, which makes each interval 6 minutes long for a 60 minute run. For a 30 minute run, each interval is 3 minutes long, etc.And since the default time upon turn on is 30 minutes, yes, the machine stops automatically (at 30 minutes) unless altered beforehand.I’ll leave the calorie math calculation to someone else. The rating lost a star because at about 3 weeks of usage when the + button was pressed to increase the speed, the unit kicked into over-drive with the after-burners on. By instinct, I jumped off to the left because that was quicker than letting the red magnet safety switch operate after being disengaged by being pulled by my body (which would have been flying off the back end).My guess is the computer-controlled motor speed unit somehow got an error because now the new “cruising” speed for me is 1.6 miles per hour. My heart rate is the same as before and my pace is fairly quick at this “lower speed.”But the overall star rating is five because it fit in a smaller space, gave adequate exercise for when the weather is bad and all this for a low cost. It does the job for which it was purchased as long as the computer malfunction does not get any worse. I’ll wait and see a little longer before calling about the warranty.

Great for small-ish, narrow-ish people
This treadmill was incredibly easy to set up and start using, excellent directions. The Bluetooth works and there are pre-programmed workouts that are easy to access and use. I've used the thing everyday (2-3 times a day) since I got it. It is a bit narrow. When walking and swinging my arms, I have to be careful not to hit my hand on the machine's handle. My walking/running stride can't be too wide, either. But with a little caution, this treadmill is perfect for me.

Beware!! You might get a broken one!!
I was excited to take this product out of the box and use it. I finally got a day off to set it up and try to get back in shape. I even brought these super expensive isolation pads to go underneath the treadmill to not disturb my downstairs neighbors. Still not even sure if the pads even work. I set up the treadmill, put the safety pin in place, turned on the power, and nothing from the screen. The power switch light is on but the screen does not work. Now I have to pack this heavy treadmill back in the box and send it back. What a waste of money and time!!! So upset right now!!!

Nice machine, but...
It works great except for a couple issues. The handles are loose, and the display plastic chipped and cracked within a couple days after receiving it. The start button is cracked. I don't know if the speakers work, I don't use a tablet or iphone for music. As far as how it handles, I use it only for brisk walking, roughly 3.5mph, and it works just fine.
