Fantastic service
These cups were exactly what I was looking for, as in my opinion nothing beats green tea from a stoneware cup!Delivery was quick and upon opening thevery well wrapped parcel I was impressed with just how beautiful the cups were - the turquoise is spectacular. Unfortunately on first use, it was clear that one was defective/damaged as the tea was leaking out from what appeared to be hairline cracks.This is where the service stands out - it was the afternoon of Sunday 24th April that I got in touch with the seller, the very next morning I had an apologetic reply from Jez in which they confirmed that a replacement had been sent out. The day after that, the replacement arrived and I'm happy to say that this one is just as beautiful and doesn't leak!Thanks to the wonderful service, I'll certainly be purchasing from The Japanese Shop again in the future.
