Think I found Chinese Excalabur 🗡 ! This is a great tool for the price , much nicer quality than I expected , im super happy w it - thanks Amazon Review crowd 👍 Its a full tang blade , solid firm grip handle , super sharp and aggressive on the sawblade side . Its NOT a cheapo in any way. It comes with a decent factory edged blade but if you want razor sharp , a knife sharpener works well ... just watch the fingers & toes when swinging 🫣 and wear gloves. Comes w a nice sheath as well. After one afternoon of use , i find the blade seems sturdy and isnt too thick (you want more slice like a sword than chop like an axe) and the length is good . My only request would be if they could include a wrist lanyard (doesnt come w one) but I had some parachord around and that works well . I used to swing machetes all day as a surveyor ... I have lots of stories about machetes flying through the air when you whip it and it slips . USE A LANYARD . Overall: I like it and may buy another 👍

Spectacular Machete!!! Solid, well-balanced and very sharp----especially the heavy saw-toothed blade top!!! It is such an excellent, versatile knife that I just might also buy the longer model. Great price as well!!!

I just got it and tried it on my honeysuckle plants which is what I mostly use these on. It worked well because the blade is a heavy type metal not like the cheap thinner and lighter ones in "wildlife" stores that bend and get indentations. The saw part is very sharp too. I took out a small wild pine tree growing up in my fence. Also cut this 2" vine with about 5 whacks. 2 things I didn't like. 1. The color was a dark red not a bright orange shown in the pictures. Brightness matters because when you drop them in the brush from time to time the brighter colors make it easier to find. 2. The small hook on handle that goes by the pinky finger tends to bump the small finger when you hit something hard because it forces a pivot back into your hand and that little hook on the handle bangs the little finger. I will try this more and if its a problem I might grind it off. I like it overall though for size , weight, and sharpness.

I really like this machete. Feels great in your hands. I will use it primarily for light bush and branch trimming. Blade is super sharp and cuts through the palm like brush I have in my backyard. Very efficient use of time and energy. Can’t go wrong with this purchase at this price.

This seems to be a well made and sturdy machete. The grip feels good and secure. I've not used it yet because its 103 degrees outside and I ain't stupid.

Nice!, I bought it to help in my gardening this season, and it has really helped. I like the easy grip handle. It fits comfortably in my hand. The sharpness of the blade is a plus when cutting roots on a plant. It's of an medium weight, so its not too heavy in the hand or to swing. Afterwards cleaning it was a breeze. I ran cold water over the blade and handle, wiped in off and returned it to its sheath. Yeah, I like the sheath, its perfect for storing the Machete.

Bought (5/14/25) to replace one that just the handle gave up, it was thinner but sharp. ( did end up fixing the handle…) This one is a bit of a beast, it is thicker, heavier, but it will hack thru thick branches, and everything less. Used to clear honeysuckle, weeds, trim tree branches, all handled well, edge has taken a few rock hits with no damage. Good sheath and handle. 11/28/25 update- HANDLE CAME OFF. 🫤 Can’t find any warranty /supplier info on amazon…🫤🫤 Internet search indicates “ no discernible warranty” Made in Ukraine. Sort of Recommend.
