Shipper better than the product!
The game itself was not hard to find - finding a good working one was the challenge. StressFreeDee did the trick - the product was "brand new," as brand new as an unopened, hermetically sealed hand-held game from the '90s can be - it worked like it was right out of the factory. But the shipper - that's where the real pleasure was. Dee was cordial, timely, she understood the need to receive the merchandise in a timely manner (a previous one had been received from another shipper damaged) and she even enclosed a very personal, heartfelt birthday card and greetings to my son in Afghanistan, who the Lunker was for. No bass fishing at Bagram AFB so this was the next best thing. I will seek StressFreeDee out first and see if she has what I'm looking for before I'll do it the other way around. She is the best in the customer service realm. Thanks, Dee, for helping pull off a miracle.

Fun for kids and adults of all ages!
Friend of mine bought this. He loves it cuz he had one as a kid. We were a little worried at first that it was broken because the screen was going nuts, but after changing the batteries it works just fine.

defective product
product arrived in original packaging, upon opening and testing it before giving it as Christmas gift found the item to be defective, would not power on. disappointed. packaged item up and sent back, waiting for refund
