10mm higher than new roof tiles on batten

Looked like a great product which replaces only two tiles and without without cutting battens.Good points:Fan adaptor (sold separately) fits securelyA reasonable design (if it fitted my tiles properly)Bad points:Expensive when used with adaptor and flexipipe although this vendor was cheapestVent is too thick to fit common Marley/Hawkins plain clay tiles (about 9mm thick). Had to remove a batten and cut down another to make it fit. I also had to grind it down at the front to make it thinner and then heat and bend it to get it to fit. Had to select tiles with the greatest curvature to make it fit.Grey colour lighter than expected.Overall a complete bodge. Could have been better designed to allow modification or should specify the minimum tile thickness or list incompatible tile types.
