They are very comfortable and they do not cut on me.

On the tag where does it say it's made from? bangladesh, india, puerto rico?

I didn't buy white but black are made in India. A navy/turquoise color set are made in Bangladesh. Another light color set I didn't get through Amazon is made in Costa Rica, they could be 3 years old? Didn't know my panties were so international. I just love the Elance fit!

Is the waistband covered with cotton fabric?

Not returnable even if unopened

I somehow ordered the wrong size. It was clear from the packaging the size would not work. I would have returned it unopened, but the item was not returnable. Very frustrating! Anyone want some XS underwear?
