We used the Tekamon as a dedicated Yogurt maker and make about two gallons per week of Yogurt. The Yogurt setting is for 8 hours, I typically run the Yogurt thru 1 1/2 to 2 cycles because I like a more fermented, slightly sour product. We strain the Yogurt with a Hatrigo Greek Yogurt Strainer to make Greek Yogurt, and bottle the whey and use the whey to make fermented Oats (pour whey in a covered bowl with raw oats and let set overnight on the counter), and also drink the whey as a high protein drink after working out. For containers we use 16 ounce Mason Jars. I've made Yogurt for 35 years -- Tekamon is the best Yogurt Maker out there! Quick, easy, and Yum! I don't ever sterilize the jars, warm the milk, etc. Put about 8 ounces of already made Yogurt in the Tekamon bowl, pour in a gallon of milk, stir, turn on machine as above. Once you use the Greek Yogurt Strainer, to clean the strainer, fill a sink 3/4 full of hot water and lift and lower the strainer quickly thru the water, turning the strainer sidewise, right side up and let the water remove the yogurt left in the strainer.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this pressure cooker but it is extremely hard to get the pot clean!!!!!I would keep it if the pot was non stick or Teflon.I made this video after one use.I washed it by hand.Let it soak over night.Even put it in the dish washer.The sides of the pot cleaned super easy but the bottom is made out of something different and holds on to food.

The kitchen is a good helper. It is very convenient, safe and good for cooking soup. I often don’t have time to cook it and it will shut down automatically. I can throw away my old one if I buy it. I like to cook, you won’t regret buying it.

I got this pressure cooker for my parents. I thought it was like the instapot brand, but it’s not. It will not allow you to set your own time and the pressure level changes if you touch any other button. It’s definitely not user friendly

Meat was undercooked and lukewarm. Potatoes were raw after 6 hours cooking and then on stay warm. Difficult to open lid. Had to scrub and scrub pot and still had residue. Returned.

This pressure pot is large enough for family usage, easy to clean and very practical. It is very convenient for me to stew and cook rice, which also saves me a lot of time because it cooks so fast. My husband and I really like beef soup, but it will take several hours for me to cook by using ordinary pot. By the pressure pot, one hour is enough. Quite a time saver! I really like the preset button. That way you can put the ingredients in one day and eat them in the other day. Really recommend!

After using it for a while, it feels very practical. There are many functions, mainly to cook at home very easily and conveniently. Save a lot of time. The operation is also very simple.

This cooker is amazing！One machine for multiple purposes！My family likes to eat braised beef brisket. I can cook it quickly after using this pressure cooker. I don’t need to stay on the gas stove to watch the fire.
