Was nervous buying off Amazon but it came in perfect condition, I’ve used it constantly now for almost 2 weeks and not found any issues. I did a factory reset on it which I was also worried about but just found a YouTube tutorial to follow. It should be noted that the photo of the raccoon is quite blurry and there is nothing wrong with the screen.

Not sure why it hadn’t been taken back to factory settings when sent to me.Otherwise lovely computer

AVOID!!!MacBook arrived opened it up and it was glitching green screen, kept going through the start up process over and over - glitch - repeat.Seller refused to refund full postage to return THEIR defective item!! Had to go through Amazon a-z guarantee to get my postage back - hassle!!!Seller is unhelpful, blasé attitude. No f’s given basically! Clearly knew it was defective before posting - shouldn’t be allowed to sell on this platform more suited to Facebook marketplace! Absolute waste of time ordering.AVOID!!

Bought on the basis of being refurbished with the info stating scratches visible from 30cm.Mac book arrived with a dint on the top.So not as described but works and for the price for a teen it's okay as no doubt will be shoved in a bag or left about.Just not happy it's dinted and was not advertised as this condition. Scratches visible at 30cm and the price would have been acceptable.Delivered 10 out of 10 though, very quick to dispatch and well packed

Brilliant condition! Works super well and feels brand new :)) Setup was fast, battery in great condition, perfect size for uni!

Item dispatched on a bank holiday weekend and arrived really fast through Royal Mail. Item as described and seems to be working well so far.

The media could not be loaded. the keypad is clearly faulty on my laptopeither won’t type or types on its own also the mouse pad glitchescan’t return as over return period yet was bought as a gift which pushed us over the return timereally not happy wish i could attach more videos 😭😡

The Macbook didn't arrive on the same day as estimated by amazon when purchasing, but got the item the day after in the morning. Was well boxed and wrapped. Bought a refurbished 2020 Macbook Air 13", categorised as New and Excellent. It really looks amazing outside and inside, with minimal scratches that go unnoticed. However I ran a battery test and its battery health is of 79% which is considered poor and charge cycle is a 300 which is also bad for an item advertised the way it was.Description was misleading considering its battery performance. Still awaiting seller output on my request for covering battery replacement. If he agrees with it then the item will definitely have been great value for money, or I will be happy with a dull refund.
