Can this be used to make moulds for resin casting?

Probably/possibly not - here is an answer I found online. 'The bigger problem if you're looking to cast in any large amount is that latex wears out quickly, so you will need to replace the moulds fairly frequently. Resin will dry out the latex and make it brittle, and you lose a little detail with every cast.' So if you have one or two casts then maybe but if you wish for more try a silcone / alginate mould material

Dries quite quickly , however it depends on the thickness and the weather . I’ve not used it as dipping but painted on and a warm room , thin layer is about an hour five or take depending on temp . Or can speed up a little with a hairdryer

Liquid latex / dipping rubber needs to be built up using many thin layers, hence it is sometimes called dipping rubber. Each layer must be completely dry before the next layer/dip. For example this product is the same as the product that makes surgical latex gloves (thin and stretchy). To make something 10mm deep you you have to do multiple layers as say 1-1.5mm each time and it would take a long time to dry.

Just what I needed for Halloween

Works very well, I added some to acrylic paint then added this to my animatronic witches face to give it more texture and spooky looking Im very happy with it and will now use it for my skulls. Will attach video once done.

Good quality Latex at a good price.

Good quality latex. Drying can be speeded up by using a hair dryer, - but not too hot. Thickener can be added after the first 2 or 3 'neat' coats, especially on intricate projects.
