Bought this for my wife (iphone 6+) and she has been very pleased with it! She wish it could charge her phone more than once and it was little more slimmer, but she as no other complains what so ever. I notice that others have had the same problem with their bummer cracking, my wife's bumper cracked as well near the charging port - but, I contacted the company/seller and they responded back quickly and sent me a replacement right away (BIG THUMBS UP TO THEM)!!! I would buy their products again!Now to anyone that has bought one, the instruction booklet says to remove the bumper from the bottom of the base where the charging port is located. Now, that’s where my wife bumper cracked. So, when I got the replacement, the company/seller told me to remove the bumper from the side near the home button and the speaker (see image); my wife removes bumper from the side near the power button/volume button.Now to anyone that is thinking of buying one…again my wife loves it! The battery pack (fully charged) will fully charge your iphone one time. When recharging your battery pack, it will take some time (not that fast), so make sure you have a lot of time (when it is charging, the LEDs on the back are bright so flip it over so the LEDs are pointing down). Also, if you leave your iphone in the battery pack while it is charging, it will charge your iphone as well as the battery pack.I hope this helps!Keep up the great work and looking forward to new stuff!God Bless…^_^

Picked up this case prior to a trip to DisneyWorld. I didn't want to have to worry about the phone dying after a 15hr day at the parks and this one had great reviews and was both cheaper and with better capacity battery than I could find elsewhere. I am very happy with how well it works...and also happy to be reminded of their 1 year warranty. After not using the case for a few weeks, I put it back on yesterday and was happy to see that it had a full charge. I used it to charge a bit during the day and it worked great. I was surprised to see it at 1 light at the end of the day as I didn't think I'd used it that much, but it wasn't too big of a problem. After charging overnight, it didn't charge. I decided to take the case off and when I did so, the top cover cracked at the bottom by the charging area. I just submitted a warranty claim with ZVOLTZ and will update the rating based on the response. If this gets resolved satisfactorily, the case is great and will be 5 stars. If it doesn't, it is a disposable item that isn't worth the $ for a few charges before it becomes unusable. I'll update soon, hopefully...

PROS: provides about a full chargeCONS:-very heavy (can't wear shorts or sweats)-made of hard plastic so if u drop repeatedly will eventually shatter-takes long time to charge (both phone and case)-broke after 2 months-poor customer serviceOVERALL: had for 2 months and it was adequate, very heavy and made me nervous when I dropped it once that it would shatter. One day the charger would t detach from frame. Had to pull it open and the socket broke inside phone , was scared it would lodge in phone but luckily didn't. Emailed them and a first for Amazon not even a reply,every other product after 30 days was offered at least an exchange.Needles to say would not buy again and do NOT recommend.

I've been using power cases since my old iPhone 3Gs and I've had my share of various models from various brands with the iPhone 4 and 5. For some reason while there is now a wide offering for the iPhone 6, the ZVOLTZ is one of the few available today for the iPhone 6 Plus.It is made of two parts: the back tray with connector at the bottom, that the phone slides onto; and a surround bumper that clips around the phone and secures to the back, protecting the sides of the phone as well as offering a raised lip to protect the screen during a fall. The box contains a plastic screen protector of excellent quality that is easy to attach without any bubbles.The case with the phone in weighs 11oz and is only 1/2" thick and 6 3/4" tall.The bottom part of the case features forward-facing sound guides for the speaker, a microUSB charge & sync connector (cable provided) and a headphone "pigtail" that fits the long and narrow headphone port hole and lets you connect regular headphones (most power cases have to resort to using these, I just use bluetooth headphones)The button in the back indicates the charge with a 4 white LED bar with a short press. A long press turns the power on or off.I've had problems with several iPhone 5/5s cases that would create halos whenever the flash was used because of a poorly designed camera/flash opening in the back. Nothing like that with the ZVOLTZ, and flash pictures look just as good as they would if the phone was not in a case.In my informal tests, the battery life matches the claim and is capable of restoring a depleted iPhone 6 Plus to 100% battery.One word of warning: the manual insists on using the bundled cable (and a sticker on the cable reminds you to do so) and for good reason: while the case behaved perfectly with most of my USB/microUSB cables, with some of them the phone wouldn't charge, so test your cables.First battery case I buy for the iPhone 6 Plus, and it's a winner. Highly recommended.

I really do LOVE this case! Of course battery cases are going to be heavier. That goes without saying. However, I did take off a star because compared to other battery cases I've had, it's definitely the heaviest.I've used this product for about a month now and have nothing negative to say about it! The case protects my phone all around the edges and it has a sleek feel to it. The battery lasted for 2 full charges from dead until I had to recharge the case. It charged my phone quickly when I needed it to, and it's by far the best quality of a battery case I have ever had! If you're looking for a battery phone case, look no further and go buy this today!!
