This is my second SOOCAS toothbrush. The first one lasted 1 year and 6 months. I liked it as much as the Phillips Sonicare I used before, or even more taking into account the price difference. However I was very surprised yesterday to receive the toothbrush without ANY accessories except of the travel box!No charger, toobrush heads, none of these...I am glad it was not meant to be a gift for anyone!This is the only reason I give it one star.UPDATE: the Amazon team have resolved the issue quickly and in a satisfying manner. Thank you!I am giving the toothbrush and the shopping experience well deserved 5 stars.

Love it!!! I had been eyeballing it for over six months, I had the Philips sonicare diamondclean. It was a gift from my hubby. I find it to be a rough, but did a great job, was not ready to spend 200 on a brush. After Reading many reviews I decided to gift myself this brush. And for the price, it is so much worth it. It is close to how well my old brush worked without the hurt. I love it and I feel like gifting it to all my family, $60 is so worth it. The charge lasts for over a month use of 2-3 day.

So I bought this product two years ago and loved it ! My teeth have never been cleaner until this toothbrush broke down and stopped charging. I was grief stricken and had to pull out my manual toothbrush. I tried buying another electric toothbrush to replace this one but I was very disappointed with the product so I broke down and bought another one of these. Hopefully this one will last for more than two years.

Very good toothbrush. Since first day of use I feel like my tooth became more clear every day. First time it is tickled my gums so much, but after a while I got used to it.

I bought these for my husband and myself after we used Philips Sonicare brushes before. We were happy with these until mine suddenly stopped working after 8 months now. Of course, Philips brushes have a higher price, but they also last you years and years, not just a bit over half a year. I am disappointed.

Liked the toothbrush, good price, sleek device but mine stopped working after 9 months. Cleaned all the ports, more than once, charged it overnight twice, yes the green light was on while it was supposedly charging and it will not work, very inconvenient. Amazon says to go to manufactures website and there is a link to the website on the box but, guess what what? It doesn’t take you anywhere, just tells you the website doesn’t exist, very frustrating!

Battery life sucks and didn’t last long. Waste of money.
