Best charcoal pencils I've come across. I'd recomend. Nice price. They are again to sharpening as any charcoal is. I haven't perfected how to sharpen charcoal yet. I hate that they break so easy if you use a regular pencil sharpener. That is one I don't really get. When you sharpen them with a knife they are way more pointy and longer. Don't get it. Lol

Not an artist but loved it.
First off, I'm not an artist. I needed charcoal pencils for an art class and they were great. They didn't smudge at atll and blended really well. I was super happy the cost considering how good they were.

Great staple for sketching.
I have really enjoyed these pencils. The shades are perfect and the charcoal holds together during sharpening. The white was a bit of a disappointment, but in fairness, white pencils almost always are.
