I’ve struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for awhile, to the point where I’ve made several trips to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. It’s been overwhelming and scary to deal with. Since starting Nutricost 5-HTP, I’ve noticed a significant difference. These have truly been a game changer for me. The tightness I used to feel on my left side is no longer there, and I feel much more relaxed overall. They’ve helped take the edge off my anxiety and made day-to-day life feel more manageable. Everyone’s experience may be different, but for me, this has been a huge help. I’m very grateful I found this product.

This may be the placebo effect, but I do believe this supplement has leveled me out a bit. My spontaneous fits of tears and sadness has been replaced with moments of gratitude and contentment. At best, I feel neutral most of the time and I’m OK with that. I haven’t experienced any sever side effects, like cramping, but at higher doses (2x per day) I did get a mild headache. As my reading suggests, high serotonin levels in the brain can lead to full-on migraine headaches. If this works as intended, serotonin should indeed be increased. If you are prone to such headaches, proceed cautiously. I find one capsule a day achieves what I need it to do. At that rate, this bottle is a fantastic value.

This product is amazing but it depends on what you are using it for. Some internet searches say it helps with weight loss in higher amounts. I tried that and it just seemed like it hurt my stomach so much that I couldn't eat. So if you are going for that, it will work, but I wouldn't say it reduced my appetite. I also started taking it for mood. I've been taking it so long that I'm not even sure it helps with mood but I can say that I have two major life altering events since I started taking it and I didn't completely fall apart, so that was a good sign. The most noticeable effect of this supplement is the benefits with sleep. I take one pill a day after eating (or my stomach gets upset). I try to take it in the morning or mid-day. As long as I have a day or two worth of doses in me, I can tell that I sleep much harder and longer. I have no trouble sleeping through the night and waking up feeling rested. I do have vivid dreams, but I'll take that as a side effect. I have noticed that the weeks where I start to forget to take the pill, a few days later I will be up in the middle of the night tossing and turning. Once I start to consistently take it again, great sleep.

I’m not going to lie I do believe in the product itself…it’s helped me decently deal with general anxiety and stress and depression. As far as the brand what can I say 🤷‍♂️ the video says it all folks I don’t intend ever to leave bad reviews and I don’t believe in bashing companies… this stuff has literally helped me a lot this brand and 5-HTP in general but quality control is not there for Nutricost.

It doesn’t do anything to me so I have stopped using it and will not buy it again.

Tengo poco usándolo y lo combino con valeriana para dormir y al parecer sí está funcionando. Ya había usado 5 htp pero de otra marca y esta parece funcionar también.
