Will this fit a seiko panda 20 mm?

If the lug width and strap width are the same there shouldn’t be any problem

Will this band fit an Omega Speedmaster 43mm?

It depends on the width of the band rather than the diameter of the watch. In my case, the diameter is 43mm and the band width is 21.5mm. I'm using it well as in the picture. I hope it helps.

How do you buckle this watch ?

I snap the side without the buckle first. Then snap the side with the buckle on it so the long stem is on top of the shorter stem.
