There are so many others out there... I liked this one because it has a tight weave with no steam leaking out. Also comes with some basket liners (you need to put these down under your food in the basket when you steam so they don't dirty or stick to the basket) and some chopsticks and cute little soy bowls. Happy with them.

This Bamboo steamer is very clean and useful for steaming veggies. I am still learning how to use it for other dishes, but so far it is doing just fine on the veggies.

This product does as it’s described to. When I first received the product the bamboo on the top wasn’t in the best shape but it wasn’t terrible. The inside of the steamer was fine and the wood seemed sturdy. I’ve used the steamer twice so far (mainly to make custard buns so I have yet to steam vegetables or meat/seafood) so I haven’t had it for very long. The only complaint that I have is that I feel it won’t hold up in the long run, (again I haven’t had it very long so I could be wrong) the reason I say this is because as shown in the photos the bamboo on the top is cracked and it seems that from the steam it’s gotten a bit worse. Another reason is that (as shown in the photo) on the upper tier there’s already a split in the wood from only two uses. With that being said these things are only minor cosmetic issues and I don’t believe they’ll have any affect on the usability of this product so I’m not too worried for now. I only pointed out those things to showcase my statement that I’m not holding this steamer on a pedestal saying that it’ll last for years. It most likely won’t. BUT it still is a very lovely steamer that I plan to use and for the price I am very VERY pleased!!(Additional note)The items that come with the steamer are amazing as well but I didn’t feel the need to review them as what you see in the photo is what you’ll get! I also purchased reusable mats so I can’t give a review for the liners provided in this set. The glass sauce dish is beautiful and it feels VERY durable and the chopsticks are plain chopsticks, nothing too special there.

I love this steamer. It is super easy to use. We have dumplings and whole fish with ease. Recommend!

This was my first time making dumplings and using a steamer. The double steamer was convenient to cook a lot of dumplings, but next time I would switch trays halfway. The bottom cooked way faster than the top.

Cute. I needed it to make pork buns right away. The too was a little green. But the inside was perfectly fine. It’s a great size and there’s two tiers so that’s a place.

First time using a bamboo steamer and it works better than I expected. I made pork wontons and also steamed bok choy.The product is well made and easy to clean.Only came with one pair of chopsticks, not a big deal. Makes a great addition to my kitchen.
