These are great once you get used to them. Fabulous alternative to stodgy pasta and no bloating.

You do need to rinse these a few times to get rid of the fishy smell.Because they are soooo carb free they don’t hold any flavour. I’d rather use a veggie peeler to make zucchini noodles that soak up flavours.

I am both coeliac and diabetic. This brand means pasta is available to me again on a regular basis as I don't need to worry about wheat or carbohydrates.

I am sorry as I hate writing bad reviews. This stuff is not pleasant . It's got a strange smell and is quite slimy in texture. It's isn't as good as pasta I am afraid .
