Good product
I started taking these after my naturopath doctor recommended. They have resveratrol in with the turmeric. This is supposed to help with weight loss and the turmeric helps with inflammation. He recommended only taking 1 a day, but I might do up to the dosing on the bottle of 2 a day. I’ve on.y been on it for a little over a month, but I am feeling better and have lost 3 pounds.

Works for my inflammation - I am a believer!
I have gone through a bottle of this now and about to reorder. I have definitely noticed a difference in my internal inflammation. I haven't had any side effects from it either and I am very sensitive to most supplements and medications.

Good product but I can't take it
Although this product has great levels, I couldn't take it long enough to see it it would help. I experienced digestive upset with this and wasn't willing to continue.
